In 2001, Kevin established a consulting practice in Waitsfield – Community Development Services – to more appropriately represent the direction that his mission-driven career was headed. As sole proprietor, Kevin provides effective communication and management services to local municipalities for developing projects that support healthy, safe, sustainable and resilient communities. Kevin assists communities with planning, project definition, environmental permitting, ROW services, project management and construction management. Kevin has considerable experience with locally managed alternative transportation projects, specializing on bicycle and pedestrian facilities, and recreation trails development. His key strength is the ability to collaborate effectively with the broad range of individuals who eventually touch a project from start to finish.
